Status of http://www.noveldesires.co.uk

I should like to enquire after the status of our submission of http://www.noveldesires.co.uk to the category ADULT/SHOPPING/BOOKS on 22 July 2003.

We waited until 26 August 2003, and the ODP guidelines suggested that after three weeks we could chase with an email or try resubmitting. We sent an email but received no reply and so on 06 Sept 2003 tried resubmitting to a smaller category ADULT/SHOPPING/BOOKS/BDSM which also suits our site equally well.
Unfortunately, we received a 404 - page not available - error message when we tried to submit. We retried on 8th sept, 9th sept and 10th sept all with the same result.

Having since joined the ODP support forum and read about other people's experiences, we now believe that our first submission is probably still in the 'slush pile' awaiting review, and that all of our 'failed' submissions could have got through and made it look like we've been trying to 'spam' the editor.

Ooops!

Can someone find out what has actually happened to all of our attempts. Sorry if we've made a mess!

Your original submission is waiting in http://dmoz.org/Adult/Shopping/Books , in a small queue.
The submission to the BDSM category is not showing.
The correct category is the category it's waiting in. The BDSM category is for sites that sell books primarily about BDSM, and from what I could tell of your site, it sells a bit of everything.

It still hasn't apperated in the directory. Is it possible for someone to check on the status of my submission?
