I read that as odd-sex-plorer and was ready to ask for it to be moved to the Adult forum!

It seems to have been submitted more than once - a copy is waiting for review in http://dmoz.org/Games/Gambling/Sports/Tipping_and_Handicapping/ - do not submit it again anywhere else, it just cause work trying to remove the duplicates and delays a editor in getting around to reviewing the site. All you can do now is to wait for that review, which could be anytime - 2 minutes to 2 years, there is no way of predicting. In the meantime check the category from time to time to see if it is listed. Thanks.

You can submit an update request. But the editors' judgment will still be decisive. It might be that other sites need to be moved into the handicapping page. Or it might be that you sold a used car once, and want to be in the same category as Rolls Royce is, because you're both in similar businesses. Or you might even be right. The editor will check, and use his best judgment.

You would have to wait until it was reviewed and listed to submit an update request though. You can't actually do that until it is. Of course it might be rejected or the editor who reviews it might move it anyway so it might not be necessary. The first hurdle is the review and I wouldn't personally give you odds on when that might happen - that is a very popular set of categories. I'll bet there's money in it.
