Hello.
Please advise. We're in difficult situation.
I would like to discuss the issue of a submission of our site penisbot.com to the DMOZ directory to the category
http://dmoz.org/Adult/Computers/Internet/Searching/Link_Sites/Variety/

2 years ago we hired a person for SE optimization, and, according to our contract, he had to submit our sites to various search engines.
As a matter of fact, this person was not qualified for this kind of job, and because of his unprofessional approach to site submissions, we have figugured our, that our sites were banned from DMOZ directory.
We believe that he broke some submission rules, and we are sorry about this fact. We payed him money for the job, and we could not control the situation.
Mentioned site ( penisbot.com ) have a crystal clear reputation among webmasters, who submit sites to us.
We are very upset, that we are still banned in DMOZ.

Please advise, please help to resolve this situation if it possible.

Best Regards
kit

When you hire someone to do an important job for you, you don't just pay money and hope for the best, do you? In your case you say you did, and the consequences are that the site in question (and other blacklisted sites which were caught using the same deceitful methods) will not be listed, ever. This has been thoroughly discussed within the meta-editor community and will not change.

You can now stop trying to email and ICQ and AIM everyone you think can help with this. It won't do any good.
