In my notes, I originally posted it on Jan. 2, 2004. On February 13th, I checked on the status and was told that it hadn't been a month yet (which it clearly was). I figured I'd wait 1 1/2 months to check back so that I would follow the guidelines and didn't want to anger any editors, but now I'm being told it hasn't been a month again. Is it possible that there is a bug in the system somewhere?

I haven't had this problem with any other site submissions except this one. Is it possible that someone else who works for the company is submitting the site at the same time, and that is refreshing the submit date?

Thank you for your time! ;-)

Yes, either is possible. The alter-ego submittal is more likely. Much more likely than either of those is some automated submittal program. It's not our concern, however. If it's your submittals, then we'll thank you to get the spamming stopped before we help you. If it happens again and you swear you've stopped spamming, we can check into it further from this end.

Thanks for the info. I have everything logged on my part so I guess I'll check back a little over a month after the most recent submission date that Yapuka gave me.

And I do not spam the open directory like you are accusing me of. Where's the love? ;-)

Forum guidelines do not require love. Would some flowers work instead? :flower: :flower: :flower: :p
lol! Actually a 12-pack of Newcastle would work better. :)

Time for me to stop wasting this forums resources. I'll talk to you guys next month.
