Hope I'm not being impatient but was wondering what the status of the listing for this site is.

It took me months to submit my request because I thought DMOZ was having tech problems and didn't realise I had to disable my firewall to submit. Consequently the editors may see a request from July but to me it seems much longer.

As mentioned when you submitted it, the site was caught by our inbound filter. No need to worry though, see this thread chapter B for some more information.

You might like to amend Point A. Even though the problem has been "fixed" it still occurs if you have a firewall. My final submission was after the fix and I was still getting the error with "Tiny" turned on.

Yes, it is - but we ask that you wait at least one calendar month between requests. You're quite right about using this forum and this same thread though. Thanks

sarahk, aren't you an editor? If so, you should be able to determine whether your sites have been edited, as well as the relative amount of backlog in the category without asking here... If you need details, feel free to send me a PM or editor feedback. You may also want to get your status changed to "editor" here, so that you will have access to the editors-only forum.

In any event, www.propertyinvestor.info is awaiting review in that category with more than 100 others. Just glancing quickly at the pool, I noticed a couple of other sites that you appear to have submitted waiting there, too.

I posted for clarification of the process at [internal forum] because I didn't want to risk "influencing" anything. I haven't worked out how to tell how big the "backlog" is yet - so much to learn
