It was deleted from Adult/Society/People/Personals and I personally looked at this site at Adult/Regional/Europe/Russia/Business/Personal_Services/Escorts/Female and am not sure of it's relevance to the category. It is still waiting. I believe there is a dialer needed for some part of the process. If so then you can resubmit giving the editor info as to how to access the dialer section. I suggest for now you use the russia cat as above.

From what I recall the advertisers are Russian, so the adult/regional...russia cats seem most appropriate. Also, you say, the girls are escorts, so the escorts section of russia would be best. Presumably the email address on the submission is one that can be used by the editor to ask for access to the members section. Therefore, probably no need to resubmit. You can always leave username/pass info in your description for an editor but that info can be accessed by any editor. Emailing it to an editor before they request it is assuming that they will be the ones reviwing your site - it can be any editor with access to that category.

ie. in this case, best just wait until you are contacted :)

You should have received a request by an editor for access to the membership section some time in September. Since the editor got no reply he subsequently rejected the submission.
