Hi everyone. I am new here...and glad to be part of the ODP forum. I have a question that maybe some of you seasoned veterans will be able to answer for a newbie like myself.
One of my pages http://www.scrapbook.com/homepage.shtml used to be my homepage. Instead of submitting my regular index page http://www.scrapbook.com I submitted that other page (which was acting as our homepage sometime back). I know now how dumb that was to submit that page. DOH!
I have since deleted the homepage.shtml page and I would like to get my DMOZ listing to reflect that change. The editor of my category has been just great in the past and got that initial homepage.shtml listed in the directory rather quickly. But I have submitted the request a few times over the last 8 months with no response.
I wonder if perhaps the editor of my category has seen my listing in there and doesn't realize that I am just asking for my url to be changed to reflect my sites real index page. Perhaps he/she thinks that I am trying to change my listing. Or maybe they have been really swamped over the last few months.
Either way, it's understandable. I'm just wondering if there is something else I can do let the editor know that I would just like to have that url changed?
Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas of what I should do at this point? There isn't any way to contact edotors directly from what I can surmise. Thanks for any help you can give.
