Hello,
I've submitted my second status request (and there was six month pause since my first request). I've waited a couple of days but still have no any reply. Should I create a new thread or should I wait for a reply in the current thread?

No starting a new thread will only get a response to use your original thread. You are right to post your request here, and by replying to this thread you bump it back to the top when it has fallen off the second page. Sorry you are having to wait so long for your request to be answered, but the forum gets busy and posts do get missed. I do not have priviledges in that category, so I cannot give you the status, but someone will soon I'm sure.
