Sorry, but the site is not listable, multiple submissions have been received, reviewed, and removed.

Hi Bobrat - many thanks for your prompt reply. SomewhereToGo was listed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Nottinghamshire/Travel_and_Tourism/ but as we grew (we now get over 100,000 unique visitors per month and cover all of the UK) we asked to change to a higher category. We were removed quickly enough but never reappeared. In my desperation, I may have been over zealous in my submissions (perhaps 4 times?), but I've sat on my hands for several months waiting in hope. What do I do now? Kind Regards.

The site appears to have been listed in error as it was later found not to comply with our guidelines and site selection criteria. Having a quick look I was able to establish, like bobrat, that the site is not listable.

There is nothing more that can be done to change this.

Many thanks for your reply. On the one hand it's great to know that SomewhereToGo isn't stuck in limbo, on the other, it's very disappointing to find out we aren't listable. I've revisited the Dmoz guidelines and I'm struggling to find the reason. I can only think our site isn't significantly unique enough (even though we are the only UK site where users can browse attractions, theatres, hotels and B&Bs on the same interactive map). If this is the reason, then future content changes already in the pipeline will further address this. Presumably then, we will be reconsidered if we resubmit? Or am I barking up the wrong tree...?
