If it was rejected, and if it is improved over time, is it ok to resubmit at a later date?

Yes it certainly is, however your definition of 'improved' and ours may not coincide.

The sole improvements to the site that would warrant reconsideration from our perspective are content, content, and more content, all of the unique kind.

Copying 'information' that is found in general form on other sites is not unique. MLS searches are not unique. Mortgage calculators that are on a thousand other sites are not unique.

Put content about the area, the agent, and the local community on the site that you write yourself, real testimonials, pictures of the agent/agency, office address, ...well, you should be getting the idea by now. Don't rely on someone else to 'spin' it for you, whatever you do don't just copy templated 'content' from another agent. Put featured listings up that you are the actual agent for, not that you recieve a commision acting as a third party agent for. (We won't be concerned that you have mls listings as well, but realistically, by definition, they are not particularly unique.)

All these things will help make your site not only better for your potential customers, but also for ours.

If you do resubmit, add a note at the end of the description in brackets [like this, stating what new and unique content we should review].

Very helpful.

Thanks for all the information. I will resubmit when significant improvements have been made. (Much additional unique, original, useful, content).

Thanks
