Not there I'm afraid and neither has any editor moved or declined it from there. I suggest you resubmit it.

An earlier suggestion to Recreation/Collecting/Sports/Cards was declined.

No e-mail? Ever?

Even I got some e-mail today. (It seems some of my closest friends want me to know where I can get my favorite recreational drugs cheaper. Thoughtful of them.)

I didn't reply. We editors are funny that way.

But no, we don't discuss reasons for rejection. In any case, it looks to me like the category you mention, and not the one you were rejected from, is the appropriate place.
