which was submitted before Christmas to the dmoz category http://dmoz.org/Sports/Running/Clubs/Europe/United_Kingdom/Scotland/

No. Please bump this thread SIX months after the latest status.

You may, however, submit a second time to the Locality where the club meets (if that is applicable) -- under Regional/Europe/...../whatever. The two submittals will be reviewed independently, by different criteria: either or both (or neither) may end up being listed.
