There are about 1000 submissions waiting inthat category. Don't expect that to change anytime soon.
(Hmmm... So there are sites using .ws that are not used as senders for p*rn spam email, interesting. Thats is the only one I block completely, reducing the amount of spam behind spamassassin approx. 10% - just to mention if you experience problems with customers)

Hello. Thanks for the heads up regarding the .ws in my web address. I have been considering changing it to a .com I recently acquired, but your comment has convinced me that I probably should go ahead and do it. Also, one more question... The first submission of the www.sundesigns.ws site to the aforementioned DMOZ category http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Full_Service/S/ , was in November of 2002. Should it really be taking this long? I haven't heard anything from any editor. Thanks again for your help. I'm so glad I found this forum.

If you mean, "Is it likely that a site suggestion in this category will take so long to be reviewed?", then the answer is yes. Unfortunately, that area is quite backlogged, since nearly everyone with a computer and an HTML editor considers themselves to be web designers these days. (Note: this is not meant to be any kind of comment on your business; I haven't even visited your site.)
Nor will you, in all likelihood. People who suggest sites rarely receive feedback, whether the decision is positive or negative. Fortunately, we have this forum to help fill in the gaps.
