The wording to the first request was OK. Except for the fact that you didn't tell us the date when you last submitted the site.

Your site will not be listed in the directory in its current form as it has no unique content.

Furthermore, the prolific spamming associated with this URL (I counted nearly 80 separate submissions to categories across the directory in the last 3 years) means that you will most likely never be listed.
