Your site is waiting for review in that category, together with a very large number of other site suggestions. It's likely that it will take at least several months before it is reviewed (but it could happen much earlier. There is no way to tell when it will be.)

By the way, you may want to consider submitting the site to the Regional category where your physical location is. The submissions will be reviewed independently of each other, and you may end up being listed in both categories.
