It is not waiting for review in either category. And there is no evidence that an editor has looked at the site. If you are sure that these are the best categories for your site, you may resubmit.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I read on another thread that someone was too quick in posting his submission - that he should wait a week and come back. I posted my submission approximately one hour after I submitted my site to DMOZ. Would that be why they didn't show up in either category? If so, I'll wander back here in one week.

No, thank you. Wander back at LEAST one MONTH after the LATEST submittal, per this forum's guidelines.

Aren't the guidelines for submissions that are in queue? According to ishtar, "It is not waiting for review in either category. And there is no evidence that an editor has looked at the site."

Is that still the case; that my submission is not in queue?

Of course, I assumed you had read the forum guidelines and waited a month after submitting to post your status request. Please return on or after October 10th for your initial status request. Thanks.

We can't speak for your priorities. But some sites potentially have both local and global focii, and we are happy to list them twice (although, as you see, sometimes we are quicker with one or the other listing.)

I wouldn't worry about it, though.

I'll try again in a month or so. I presume Ishtar knew I meant /Clubs and not /Recreation and Sports/.
