Probably because there are so many categories there. One topical and one regional really should be the suggest-er's maximum.

When I copy from the navigator bar the second and the last url I have problems whit the deutsch ü, please correct in yours and I´m sorry

As said above -- you should not have submitted to so many different German Regional categories - and it causes too much work for someone here to look each one up especially when the category links do not work. I have no access to that area - so I cannot answer your question fully. However, the last link above should have been

Rejections are up to the editor in the category - we would have to go back and spend time reviewing the site again and deciding why it was rejected - however since your site is not just about South Africa, I would assume that is the reason.

Not waiting nor moved nor deleted .. means there is no sign it was submitted there

So, I understand that the reason is that my site isn't only about south africa, and was rejected to these categories..
