Status of http://www.topoi.net

I'm wondering if a submission was made for http://www.topoi.net. I'm not sure if I submitted it or not, and I'm afraid to just submit it now . . . since it might be taken as spamming. If I did submit it, it was probably on Tuesday, 2/15, or maybe Monday, 2/14. I submitted it to
