I have submit this site last year in April 7, 2004 under

http://www.dmoz.org/Business/International_Business_and_Trade/Import_and_Export/Portals/

And I just resubmit today. Is anything inappropriate with my submition procedures ?

Yes, you are not allowed to request a status check until 30 days have passed since your most recent submission/resubmission.

Return to this thread no sooner than one month from today and we will give you a status check.

I have submit this site one month ago in Feb 10, 2005 but my site still is not listed under:

http://www.dmoz.org/Business/International_Business_and_Trade/Import_and_Export/Portals/

Is anything inappropriate with my submition procedures ?
Or there is any changes I will need to apply to get my site listed ?
Do I have to wait little longer ?

The site is waiting there for review. It was apparently submitted before its time years ago, ancient history, really. So there's no need to submit again.

Having not reviewed the site, there's not much we can tell you about it. But ... portals are like directories, the more the worse for the world economy. So if yours is not one of the best ones -- if it is not better in some way than every other one -- you should expect it never to be listed. Also, they are difficult and generally unproductive to review, so you should expect a much longer average wait than for a site with obviously unique content. As for how many other sites are waiting for review -- Google for the best guess.
