Why?

Why was this declined when it is a website of a UK Travel Agent as the category
suggests. I don't see where else it would go.

We do not discuss the reasons sites are declined. The rational for this is explained in the FAQ.

I can. however, assure you that it was not declined because you chose the wrong cateogry, thus it would be wholly inappropriate for you to resubmit to any ODP category.

Although the clue is in your own last post. Analyse each word in turn until you come to one that causes the problem. Hint: read the submission guidelines very carefully beforehand.
