I am not sure which directory I submitted it to, I think it was

Should I resubmit it again, can you advise which category?

It looks like previous submissions were rejected due to lack of content. At first sight you don't have many different escorts listed yet. You should only resubmit once you have substantially more content. The appropriate category would likely be http://dmoz.org/Adult/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business/Personal_Services/Escorts/Directories/ , the ones you suggested are to broad.
