In that particular category, submissions are turned off to force people select a more specific category. So it doesn't surpirise me that no suggestion of that URL is waiting in the category. Anyway, a suggestion you made somewhere else was moved to Computers/Hardware/Systems/Notebooks_and_Laptops and is now waiting for review there.
