Actually there is no need to do that as it appears to have been listed already in Regional/North_America/United_States/South_Carolina/Localities/S/Seneca/Society_and_Culture/

Please see my previous post, posted at the same time as yours.

In many cases such as yours, the site might be considered in the topical category as well as the regional community where it is located. Someone has already discovered your site, suggested it and it was listed in the Regional category already. There is no need to resubmit anymore.

Hutcheson was helping by suggesting that the site may be considered for two categories in this case and apparently didn't realize that it had already been listed in your locality.
