Your submission is waiting for review in that category, along with a very large number of other sites.

awaiting review

Dear Editor,

I have read the document regarding the time it takes for a site to be submitted "anything from 2 days to 2 years" and whilst I understand the amount of work that you have to do I was wondering if you could give me a better indication of how much longer it may before my site is reviewed. I submitted on the 13th January. I am trying to sort my strategy out and am having difficulty becasue of the uncertainty faced with the DMOZ submission.

I would be extremely greatful for any help
Regards
Emma :)

We can't offer any I'm afraid. We have absolutely no idea when somebody will look at it. Even when they do, there's no guarantee that it will be accepted.

I suggest that you concentrate on additional promotional methods. If the success of your website depends solely upon an ODP listing, it probably isn't viable.

Correct category???

Dear Jim

I couldn't see who the editor is for this category so can you help me with my query?

After reviewing the categories I have noticed that there is a regional split in addition to the category I submitted to

http://dmoz.org/Business/Business_Services/Security/Products_and_Equipment/Surveillance/

http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Uni...Security/Products_and_Equipment/Surveillance/

I was therefore wondering if you would recomend that I re-submit to the UK business section as the company is currently UK based or do we wait to be added as per current application

Please advise

Emma :D
