OR

Since the site could fit in both categories but there was a warning about the Pay-Per-Click_Advertising/Search_Engines/Specialized category (a lot of sites submitted to this cat were not relevant) I'm not sure in which category I decided to submit it.

The site was submitted on December 13th 2004.
