No, it was submitted a while back. A few months ago. Back then, the category I submitted had an editor, now I see no editor in the categories. Shall I resubmit?

Yep, you can resubmit to one category, the one that is the best fit. Take a note of it and come back here 1 month after resubmitting to make sure it has been received. Please see the FAQs on this site about categories with no named editor - it is completely irrelevant.
