I just wanted to know is that right catagory for my site. If no i can resumbit it again in some other catagory too..

No, at this moment we can not tell you if it is received. Very probably because you didn't wait 1 month.
As we don't review sites at R-Z we can not tell if this is the right category. If the reviewing editor thinks an other category is better he will move the site.
Do not resubmit unless told so by one of the editors.
