Status of phatcampus.com

I submitted http://phatcampus.com

over a month ago, to
http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Publications/Books/Used_and_Rare/Textbooks/

However, I believe that my customer re-submitted the site a few days ago with my information as the contact.

I understand there is a waiting time between submissions, so I'm afraid that the site will not considered because of repeat submissions at too quick of a pace.

Please let me know of the status of http://phatcampus.com, and if there are any errors on our part of the submission process.

I am sorry but as per the forum guidelines you must wait at least one month since the last submission before you can get a status report. You can check back after Nov 4. Thanks.

I'm sorry for requesting a status before it's time. I was just concerned because of the re-submittion that my customers had done without my knowledge.

I am the webmaster of the "client" described above and I just found out this message when searching for our site and submission to DMOZ.

I want to make it clear that we "the client" have NEVER submitted Phatcampus.com to DMOZ, the previous message is from our former web designer who obviously was acting on his own. Anyway this is internal matter but I wanted to make this crystal clear.

However, since it's been about 6 months that www.phatcampus.com was apparently submitted to DMOZ I'd be grateful if you guys could give us an update about its status.

The category where the site was submitted appears to be the good one but the URL should be http://www.phatcampus.com and I have no clue what the Title and description submitted are but I saw that it might be changed by the editor on the 1st submission or later on if ever it is not totally accurate. I just hope it met the guidelines, after all our website is one of the very rare in this industry (probably why the category doesn't have that many sites) online that is not an affiliate type of site, we own our inventory and believe to be helpful to students.

I'm sorry some of your posts got missed, this forum is manned by volunteers and it happens sometimes. If no one answers and it falls of the first page I'd just bump the thread (you can even type in "bump" and nothing else and we know what that means).

It should probably be emphasized, in bold font and all caps, that we don't really care who finds a good site for us. But often a good developer will submit his clients' eligible sites, since he will know more about how to promote the sites (and when not to promote them) than the clients do.

In any case, not to worry, you haven't got a rep as a spammer yet.

I appreciate the answer, kind of you to let me know and I feel more confident now that this submission should do no harm.
I hope to see our site appearing soon in DMOZ, I believe that it is fully compliant with the guidelines. Otherwise I guess that I will be back here in exactly 6 months as this is the rule....I will "bump" vigorously
