Is it possible to find out who is editing a particular category?

That question is either meaningless, or would involve a violation of editor confidentiality.

It's possible (sort of) for you to find out all the people who COULD have been editing it, as of the last time it was changed. It's possible for me to see which ones of those could edit it right now. It's _never_ possible for _anyone_ to find out who will be editing it in the next hour, let alone the next six months.
