Actually, per forum guidelines you must provide a clickable link to the category you suggested the site. Once in a while a mischievious skunk or fairy might make a dead link clickable so that another editor with editing rights in that category can look and give the status. Otherwise, the editor with rights to check will just asked you to make it clickable before they can check.
