It is not pending review in that category, nor in any of the categories below that area. There is also no indication that an editor has ever touched the site. IMO, though, it doesn't belong there. It is more suited to http://www.dmoz.org/Shopping/Home_and_Garden/Variety/ and my advice would be to resubmit there.
