What is site submission status of www.rentmothernature.com (submitted to ODP, www.dmoz.org/shopping/food/gifts/baskets , some months ago).

The message contains an active URL link to my site. Are you referring to the site submission query or the original submission. I don't understand what you mean by needing a clickable link.

Thank you for your reply. What do mean by my needing an active link to my URL? The site submission query contains one (I checked it to make sure). Are you, perhaps, referring to my original submission?

I think what they mean is that they need a clickable link to the catagory to which you submitted you're site....in the guidelines post it gives an example of what is required.....

The site was last reviewed two years ago, and it was down then. It is not waiting in that category now, and I have no way of knowing whether it's waiting anywhere else.

You should resubmit. Look very carefully to see whether the site would fit in a more specific category -- that may save you months of waiting in the wrong queue to be ... moved into the right queue to wait for a review.

I believe that the category I submitted my site to (5/04) was shopping/food/gifts/ baskets. I misled you in my previous post (referring to shopping/food/gifts as the appropriate category). Are you the editor of this sub-category? Could you let me know if www.rentmothernature.com is in the queue of this category?
Sorry not to have got this right in my previous post.

The site is not waiting for review in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Food/Gifts/Baskets/ . You should follow hutcheson's advice and resubmit.

Please let me know the status of http://www.rentmothernature.com submitted to:
http://www.DMOZ.org/Shopping/Food/Gifts on 7/8/04 (I received a "Submission Received" letter on 7/9/04). You informed me (6/21/04) that the site was not in your queue and suggested I resubmit.
If the editor felt that there was a problem with my the page URLs on my site, they all now been changed to, for example, www.rentmothernature.com/cpoint201/category.htm?categoryId=16084.
