You would have to pick a subcategory there. Which one did you pick? S maybe?

I don't think I will be able to provide a date of submission, unfortunately. It was several months ago and I did not record it. I would be happy to re-submit but I saw in these forums that an editor said not to do that.

What do you suggest I do to move forward?

"Q" would have been the wrong choice. "Quality Web Hosting by SlickWebHosting.com" is a hyped title and not one we would use (the company name is just SlickWebHosting.com and so "S" would have been the right letter). However, as a DuoServer reseller, your site isn't eligible for listing at all so really that doesn't matter.
