Status of softscript.com

I submitted URL Update to http://dmoz.org/Health/Professions/Medical_Transcription/Services/ on http://www.softscript.com/ over the past 6 to 8 months, but it hasn't changed yet. The current description on the ODP is incorrect and misleading to the customers. Can anybody tell me what the status is.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It looks like two of your update requests where actually processed, last one in january. I have to say the old description matched our guidelines much better than the new one does...

Well, according to our logs, it was updated, per your request, on 06/20/2002, and again on 01/15/2003; between those dates, two other update requests were denied, because the editor thought that the site was described accurately.

So, it the description still inaccurate? If so, how?

When I go into the actual Category, the description has changed. But when I search for the word "softscript" from the main page, it still says "Offers services using trained, physician-supervised..." Which is the old description and is incorrect. I tried refreshing, deleting cache, etc..., but still no luck.

I appreciate your help.

Quite a FAQ: Search is based on a socalled RDF-dump which is normally generated once a week, due to technical problems the next run will be delayed for an unknown time.
