What happens when there is no editor, as in my case ?

No category is without an editor, even if there is no "listed" editor there. All editalls, metas, and catmods (in that section) as well as parent category editors can editor categories without listed editors.

Since you are an editall, could you review my submission ?
Nobody is doing anything in this catagory.

The short answer is - NO. If we start reviewing a site for one member we would have to review them for all.
