i may have also submitted to some other category as well
please suggest me as what should i do?

If this is the category to which you submitted, the submission never got through. If this is the most specific category for your business, I suggest resubmitting. If you can think of a more specific category (perhaps http://dmoz.org/Business/Healthcare/Products_and_Services/Filters_and_Purifiers/Water ), I'd suggest submitting there, since the backlog in this category is huge, and someone will likely just move your site to a more specific category after a (probably) long wait.
