For the record, Nike, you asked two questions. The first (fortunately rendered moot by the circumstances) is one we can't EVER answer; the second is one that you already know more about than we do (and thus there's no point in us trying to answer -- so we don't try.)

That's not a reason for denial, although we might say in the description that, for instance, it is best viewed on IE because it doesn't work in all browsers.

I re-did the whole site is what I was saying and was asking if I needed to re-submit for another evaluation? You said the site can't be listed. That isn't a permanent thing is it? Especially since I completely re-engineered the site.

If your site complied to our Site Selection Criteria, it could be listed. But that would mean drastic changes to your site.
