status of used-robots.com submission

I have submitted my site http://www.used-robots.com several times to various categories over the past year and a half with no luck. I recently submitted it to http://dmoz.org/Business/Industrial_Goods_and_Services/Machinery_and_Tools/Used_Machinery/ because we buy and sell used industrial robots. I have also attempted in the past to submit to various robotic integrator categories. Can someone please help? Thank you so much for your time.

Our submission guidelines that you agreed to when you submitted your site (http://dmoz.org/add.html) state that:

Please only submit a URL to the Open Directory once. Again, multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites.

Do you know how long it will take to know if it is going to be listed?

There is no way to know when an editor will review a site.
