How is this site substantially different than your other exercise site(s)?

It seems to me (based on a superficial look) that you have a whole bunch of sites that center around diet and exercise, and that we probably need to take a look at them in their entirety to determine which single site (if any) should be listed.

As you can see this site is about exercise.

Yes my other sites are in relation to diet also, but this site differs as is it discusses weight loss through exercise, not diet pills or programs.

If you will create one doorway to all your related sites, and submit that ONLY, then ... you'll be much less likely to suffer the penalties from which spectregunner is trying to protect you.

And you'll have one place that is more useful simply because it is more informative, if only because it provides a more coherent picture of ALL the sites' authoritativeness.

And not only is THAT critical to people looking for information about their health, but it is an important part of an editor's responsibility to evaluate it with a view towards determining whether a site is listed at all (ESPECIALLY in the area of health.)

On the one hand -- a growing record as a maliciously deceptive spammer. On the other -- a complete picture of one's core competencies. It never ceases to amaze me how many people are deathly afraid of the latter possibility. Of course, that comes close to telling us all we need to know about whether to list any of the sites.

So: what are YOU most afraid of?

Just wondering if I'm understanding correctly, with the doorway site, could I have setup like a "review site", where each of my health sites is given a brief review of its content and then provides a link to my other sites.

I wouldn't call it a "review site", but a doorway site (as we call it) can have a paragraph or so of description, in addition to the links. Is that what you're talking about?

The really big, diverse companies do this all the time. There is only one www.intel.com, but from that single URL you can get to all their diverse businesses -- from computer chips to networking and graphics products.
