Actually I'm not sure at 100% because I was a beginner two months ago and didn't know the importance of dmoz... so I didn't make any notes

I do not see a submission in that category, or the Nice category.

Your office is located in Nice. We list Real Estate companies based purely on their office location, not on their area of coverage. Therefore, please resubmit the site to the category http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Fra...lities/Nice/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/

Question on categories

Following your advise, I've submitted the url to the category :

Because as you said, you "list Real Estate companies based purely on their office location, not on their area of coverage", but why there are 55 real estates companies on the following category ?

I don't understand because each real estate company has of course an office location in a city... like for example "Magrey and Sons" which is in the list of the 55 companies but is located in Cannes ...?

It's a shame because, this company really does work on all the Cote d'Azur and not only in Nice.

Well, it doesn't look much like you followed my instructions, as it appears there are two submissions that you have made - I don't know when. One was deleted from the category Regional/Europe/France, leaving a submission to category Regional/Europe/France/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/ (neither of which are even CLOSE to the one I suggested). This may well have delayed the review of your site.

You have one office in Nice, and that is the only place that you would be considered for a listing. If you find other sites which you believe are not listed according to the location of their office or offices, then you are more than welcome to submit that to the Abuse forum, where such things will be reviewed and corrected. One thing we will not do, however, is list a site to perpetuate mistakes made in the past. I would like to also point out that most of the localities of companies in that category do not have their own category, which is why they are listed there.

The remaining submission has been moved to category http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/France/Regions/Provence-Alpes-Cote_d'Azur/Alpes-Maritimes/Localities/Nice/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/ where it now awaits editorial review.

Can you please give me a favor. I know you don't answer these type of questions but could you tell me (you personnally) when do you think this website will be reviewed ?
I promise I won't tell you anything if you tell me "next week" or in "4 years" !
I know this will not be an offical anwser, but I just want to have an idea.
If you tell me "I think next month" and 1 year later there is nothing, I promise I wont tell you anything.

I have absolutely no idea. I don't know how active the Regional/Europe editors are, or how often then "go to" Nice.

We're not being coy. There is really no way of knowing. There's no line -- no order at all between submittals in different categories, and no fixed order between submittals even in the same category. And even if there were, editors don't have to look at submittals at all at all -- they can look elsewhere for sites.

And I don't know what I'll do tomorrow, let alone in six months, not even to think about what someone else will do.

Everybody does what they choose: the software focuses on facilitating work and avoiding unnecessary duplication of work; the "volunteer managers" focus on quality-control. Anything that doesn't contribute to those goals -- pretty much doesn't get done. Any information that isn't very important to achieving those goals -- pretty much isn't reported by the software.

Or, the short answer: it is not possible for anyone to know what you ask.
