How do you know that the site was submitted after yours? Answer: you don't. And it wouldn't matter if it had been since editors can review sites in whatever order they choose.

You're waiting to be reviewed along with over 150 other sites. It will probably be awhile as the category isn't actively tended. Don't resubmit as that will just overwrite your current submission, moving you to the bottom of the queue if an editor chooses to sort by date. You can come back to this thread in a month to ask about the status again.

Continue waiting patiently. It's likely going to be awhile...and 3 months is really quite a short time (I know it doesn't feel like it but it is). I'd wait two, or even better three, months before coming back for another status check.

Is 5 month still a short time? Does the editor have not instereted in that category and forget it? I feel no hope about the listing now. I wait and wait.............. :mad:

Still waiting, I'm afraid. The editor who was originally named to that category no longer seems to be with the project.
