The web site (a bar and nightclub index) was originally in a non-adult cat (restaurants and bars) for a couple of years, but some adult content was added (several nightclub photos in which female breasts were exposed) and the site was removed.

I can't answer the question of whether your suggestion was received, but the listing from Regional/Asia/Philippines/Business_and_Economy/Restaurants_and_Bars was moved to the unreviewed section of [cat]Adult/Regional/Asia/Philippines[/cat], where it is still waiting for review.

If this doesn't adequately answer your question, please bump the thread and ask again. I think it's adequate, but you may want more specifics on your suggestion, which I can't supply.
