We believe that an Open Directory editor did visit the homepage in April, but we have not seen any activity since then. Does this indicate anything about its status? Do I need to submit it again?

No, PLEASE do not submit again. (WHY the universal fixation with the delusion that if one submittal doesn't work, three submittals might? It is very frustrating to editors to see this myth; it is baffling how it should be so widespread in the face of all the evidence; it is irritating to see it acted upon.)
