There is no submission of that site waiting for review in that category. It has neither been accepted nor rejected; it seems that no submission of that site ever made it to the category.

I won't judge now whether this category is the most appropriate for your site. I would have to know the content of your site to judge this. This will be a task of the reviewing editor.
