It was reviewed and not listed in that category.

The reason it was not listed there is because it is already listed in Computers/Software/Directories.

If you think the site should be moved, you may submit an update request and that will be considered by the appropriate editors. Since I rarely edit in the Computers area, I won't venture to say which category is better. (To tell the truth, I didn't even look at the site.)
