Well, we're here now. Don't get too hung up on 'deeplink' as terminology. Basically there is only one company - Pharmacare. Their web presence could be done in many ways, and they have chosen to seperate parts of the business (product lines) to seperate URL's.
They could just as easily have made them groups of pages on the main site - which is what most people see as a 'deeplink'. pharmacare.com.au/beauticianssecret.
As these seperate domains mimic that structure we just refer to them as deeplinks of the main company. For a Regional listing, only 1 site is listed for a company, at a level that encompasses it's physical location (based on verifiable information on the web site itself).
A Topical listing, on the other hand may list deeplinks if the deeplink is specific to the category, contains unique information for the category, meets the category requirements, and it, or it's parent company is not listed elsewhere in the same tree.
So if pharmacare was listed in Business: Consumer Goods and Services: Health and Beauty , it would be unlikely that beauticianssecret.com.au would be listed in Business: Consumer Goods and Services: Health and Beauty: Cosmetics .
I really need to bow out at this point as it is a decision to be made by a Business editor.
