Status of www.belogodesign.com

Hi, I submitted my site about 2 monthes ago but it still doesn't appear in that category.
My site is http://www.belogodesign.com
The category i submitted is http://dmoz.org/Business/Marketing_and_Advertising/Advertising/Design_Services/Logo_and_Stationery/

Two monthes ago, there were 140 sites on that category and now there are 141 sites. during the two month only one site was submitted.
And the site that was submitted is editor's site!!!!
I think editor of that category do not work, or doesn't have time...
Is there any why i can submit to DMOZ?
and i also applied to be an editor of that category, but i haven't hear anything yet....!!
Please help me!!
