You site will be reviewed when an editor decides they have the time to do so. It may be today, it might be next year, it might be 2 or more years away. You can keep checking the category to see if it has been listed or return here in not less than 6 months for a further status check if not. Re-submitting or any other method of reminding the editor of your suggestion is likely to be counterproductive, please don't do it.
