It appears you submitted multiple times to different categories and when an editor was using power tools to delete duplicate submissions they deleted the one in the category you mentioned here. What you need to do is resubmit and at the end of the site description put in Brackets [Accidently submitted to another category as well as this one, please leave this submission for review]

That will keep a duplicate deleting power tool using power editor from deleting this submission again. Hope this helps.
