Let me translate for you the earlier reply you received since it appears you did not grasp it's meaning.
(1) Your freedom of choice is untrammelled by the Open Directory.
Was an answer to your question -
Please let me know what else I need to do. - in other words, you are free to do what you wish, we do not dictate how you should create your web sites, how many you create or how you market.
As for the status, which we can tell even though you didn't ask, the site has been rejected. Since the editor didn't find anything on it that contributed to our mission, there was no reason to list it.
In your first post, you did not ask for the status for your web site, but it was assumed that was perhaps what you wanted. And the status that was given to you was - it was reviewed and an editor decided not to list it.
Obviously it was set up to serve your purposes, not the ODP's. And there's room on the net for a variety of missions, so there's no cause for concern or conflict.
Means your website was created for your needs, not ours, and that is fine, it should continue to serve your needs, but it does not serve the interests of ODP to list your site and we don't have any conflict with different goals.

In answer to your latest question, the site has been submitted several times, and several editors have decided it will not be listed - so each time it was deleted - there is no reason to expect that will change.
And if you read the forum FAQ you will find we don't get into discussions about the reason why editors choose not to list sites.
